As the Chairperson of the Shippen Street Block Party Committee, Aaron has discovered the importance of community involvement and has organized the Annual party and block clean-up since 2011. He loves bringing together the vendors, artists, and residents of his neighborhood in a spirit of unity, sustainability, and responsibility to the community.
Aaron is the drummer and manager of the
Local surf band, The Ultramarines. His love for, and involvement in, the local music scene has taught him the value of one-on-one networking and the power of grassroots promotion.
Aaron also gives back to the community by
volunteering his time at the Lancaster Museum of
Art, organizing and hosting fundraisers at the co-
op, and collaborating with community members
and business owners on public art projects and

Aaron wears a lot of hats.
Aaron studied fine art at Millersville University and fell in love with Lancaster during his
time there. He currently lives downtown with his family and has used his diverse background
and versatile skill set to make a positive impact on his community.
As "The Realtor To The Arts" Aaron tries to focus his business on helping fill the very
specific needs of those in the creative fields. He understands the art and music community
and strives to be the go-to person for studio and living space for all creative disciplines.
